The House has spacious, stylishly decorated airy rooms are bathed in natural light, and each one has stunning views over the breathtaking landscape. A well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining room, and large lounge make it the perfect space to share with people you love.

Living

All the space you could want.

This restored farmhouse has a magnificent open-plan kitchen and dining area and a large lounge that comfortably accommodates 12. The house is set in its own grounds and all rooms have views over the mature gardens or the moors.  It has a croquet lawn and an outdoor dining area.

Chill out listening to music, play board games, watch your favourite DVDs, and work your way through The House’s well-stocked library. In the colder months you can snuggle up in front of the log fire.

Eating

A glamorous five star space for cooking and relaxing.

The House has a magnificent open-plan kitchen and dining room. The room is perfect cooking up a special meal to celebrate a special birthday or anniversary. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped for large groups. The large oak dining table seats 12 comfortably. If you are larger group renting the House in conjunction with one or more of our cottages then the table can be extended to seat up to 20 comfortably. The kitchen has everything you will need with plenty of worktop space, granite topped island, a huge fridge and large freezer. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and crockery. There is a separate laundry room.

Sleeping

The House has 2 twin rooms, 3 king-sized rooms and 2 single rooms. The magnificent Master Suite has its own ensuite bathroom, dressing room and balcony with stunning views over Sharp Tor on Bodmin moor.

The House has 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms and 1 of the shower rooms are on the ground floor. This is ideal for large family gatherings where there may be relative who would prefer the ground floor.
